Hara Chana Masala Sabzi | Green Chickpeas Dry Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 1 ½ TBSP Ghee
• 1-inch Cinnamon
• Cloves 3-4
• 1 Cup chopped onion
• chopped Garlic 2-3
• salt to taste
• chopped Ginger ½ TSP
• 2 Green Chillies
• Coriander 1 ½ Cups
• 1 Cup Boiled Chana
• ¼ TSP Turmeric Powder
• Roasted coriander powder

Process:

• Add 1 TBSP Ghee in a Pan
• Add 1-inch Cinnamon
• Add Cloves 3-4
• Add 1 Cup chopped onion
• Sauté it for 5 mints
• Add Chopped Garlic 2-3
• Add salt to taste
• Add chopped Ginger ½ TSP
• Add 2 Green Chillies
• Add Coriander 1 ½ Cups
• Keep Stirring
• Grind it and prepare a paste
• Add ½ TBSP Ghee
• Add 1 Cup onion coriander paste
• Keep Stirring for 7-8 mints
• Add 1 Cup Boiled Chana
• Mix it Nicely
• Add ¼ TSP Turmeric Powder
• Add Roasted coriander powder
• Add Salt to taste
• Add ½ Lemon Juice
