Heart Shaped Eggs
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 fish sausages (aka Gyoniku sausages)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Salt, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Make a slit onto each sausage (leave 1cm for both sides). Pull the sausage and insert a toothpick to keep a heart shape.
2. Put the vegetable oil in a pan. Add some salt and place the sausage (1).
3. Put the egg inside of the sausage. Cook until set.
4. Enjoy!
