Hedgehog Cookies
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
150g pancake mix
50g butter (at room temperature)
20g sliced almonds
20g chocolate bars
Chocolate sprinkles, to taste
Chocolate pens (black and pink), to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix the butter until smooth, then add the pancake mix and continue mixing until the mixture is well combined.
2. Chill the mixture from step 1 in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Afterward, divide it into four equal parts and shape each part into a drop-like form.
3. Insert sliced almonds into two of the cookies from step 2 to resemble hedgehog spines. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes, then let them cool.
4. For the remaining two cookies from step 2 (without sliced almonds), dip them in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
5. Use the chocolate pens to draw eyes and a mouth. Your hedgehog cookies are complete!
6. Enjoy!

Use parchment paper that can withstand up to 180 degrees (15 minutes).
