Herb & Garlic Yellowtail
Ingredients(Serves 2)
2 yellowtail (Japanese amberjack) fillets
salt & pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 tsp grated garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
dill
lemon

Directions
1. Season the yellowtail with salt and pepper then let sit for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, cook 1 with rosemary, then add garlic and soy sauce, then tear the dill into small sprigs and add.
3. Plate in a serving dish, then add cut lemon and dill.

Served With
shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
shiso
red cabbage
cherry tomatoes
