I was really tired of buying teriyaki sauces that I did not care for much at the store and also looking at an ingredient list that looked like a dictionary. So I decided to throw the towel on the store bought stuff and go with the old fashioned way of doing things, and that was with a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. I know for a fact that many of you guys feel my pain, for that reason I made this recipe so that you may enjoy this deliciousness at home when your cooking just like I do with many of my recipes. This sauce goes great as a marinade for chicken teriyaki on the bbq or for a glaze and to make or to make delicious asian at home recipes.
