Hot Cabbage with Miso Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)
4 chikuwa
A
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon miso
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Put the cabbage in a heat-proof plate and cover with a food wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Put the vegetable oil in a pan. Cook chikuwa on medium heat until golden. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan and simmer.
3. Put (2) on the cabbage (1). Add some roasted white sesame on top if you like.
4. Enjoy!
