How to Make a Corn Dog with a Japanese Egg Pan
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
200g pancake mix
1 egg
160ml milk
Sausages, as needed
Cheese slices, as needed
Tomato ketchup, as needed
Mustard, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Coat the Japanese egg pan (square pan, aka Tamagoyaki-ki) with vegetable oil.
Heat the pan on low heat. Pour some of the batter (1) into the pan.
3. Place cheese slices and the sausage on (2).
4. When the bottom of the pancake is nicely browned, roll it.
5. Insert a wooden stick into (4). Serve with ketchup and mustard.
6. Enjoy!
