How to Make Fluffy Tamagoyaki with Sparkling Water
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon shiro-dashi
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sparkling water

PREPARATION
1. Beat the eggs with shiro-dashi and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add sparkling water into the bowl (1) and stir. *Add right before (3).
3. Heat the tamagoyaki-pan on medium heat and coat it with the vegetable oil (1 teaspoon).
4. Add 1/3 of the egg mixture (2) into the pan and roll. Repeat it twice.
5. Enjoy!
