How to Make This Easy Seafood Pasta

We start with some angel hair pasta it needs to be cooked just right, not too soft, not too firm, giving the perfect base for all those amazing flavours.

Now, the dressing mix up some shio kombu and truffle oil for a flavour bomb. It's got that umami punch from the shoyu, a hint of sweetness from the shio kombu, and that earthy truffle goodness.

Next up, scallops and uni. These babies bring the luxury. Scallops are sweet and tender, while uni adds creamy richness with a hint of the sea. Together, they're the dream team for this dish.

And let's not forget the torch action on those scallops gotta love that caramelised goodness on the outside with tender insides.

If youre feeling a lil fancy, garnish the pasta with some caviar and gold flakes. Caviar's got that salty pop, while gold flakes add a touch of glitz.
