HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in the fridge 3-4 days.
2. Can be eaten cold, but if you want to reheat, mix together and heat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes.
3. Mix everything together in the meal prep container and eat!

3 tbls olive oil
salt/pepper
1 tbls fresh thyme (or seasoning of your choice)
500g (about 1 bunch) asparagus
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
120g (about 8) artichokes
225g (8 oz) mushrooms
