Pork Humba RecipeDetails: https://panlasangpinoy.com/filipino-food-pork-humba-recipe/Ingredients:2 lbs pork belly1 cup Pineapple juice1 large onion diced5 cloves garlic minced2 tablespoons salted black beans2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons vinegar2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar½ cup dried banana blossoms2 pieces dried bay leaves1 teaspoon whole peppercornInstructions:Heat the cooking pot then brown the pork bellyAdd the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are softPut-in the soy sauce, peppercorn, bay leavesPour-in the pineapple juice and let boil. Simmer until the pork is tender (add water as needed)Add the vinegar and wait for the mixture to re-boil. Simmer for 3 minutesSpoon-in the salted black beans and brown sugar then simmer for 5 minutesAdd the dried banana blossoms and simmer for 5 to 8 minutesTransfer to a serving plate and serve.
