How to Cook Sizzling Liempo Sisig | Panlasang Pinoy

This video will show you how to cook sizzling liempo sisig easily. While most of us enjoy eating sisig, most people prefer to buy it frozen and ready-to-cook from the grocery, or perhaps order it from a restaurant. The tedious process of mincing the meat can be one of the top reasons. In this video, I shared my way on how to quickly and easily mince pork using a food processor. It always saved me time with lesser effort.

Here are the ingredients for our sizzling liempo sisig:

2 lbs pork belly
4 ounces chicken liver
1 1/2 tablespoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1/4 cup Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
3 medium onions
1 piece lemon
4 to 5 pieces Thai chili pepper (optional), chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
