Inhale Peace, Exhale Worry: Tool for Dealing with Fear and Anxiety

When times get tough we can simply inhale peace and exhale worry. I've found this to be a great tool for dealing with fear and anxiety and it speaks to the heart of my mindfulness meditation practice.
