Ipoh Shredded Chicken Hor Fun #shorts

If youve been keeping up with us, it isnt our first time making Ipohs famous Shredded Chicken Hor Fun!

Our first version was what were familiar with in SG, which is by no means authentically Ipoh. But with the help of our Ipoh fans, we took your advice in the comments and challenged ourselves to recreate this dish again! And wah, we could definitely taste the difference

Ingredients:
600g Prawns (reserve shells)
1 Chicken (seperate meat and carcass)
500g Pork bones
20g Rock sugar
1 tbsp White peppercorns
3 litres Water
1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1kg Hor Fun noodles
4 tbsp Cooking oil
Chives (cut into 2 inch strips)
