Must try Japanese Croquettes recipe for you. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/37UP8xtVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Japanese CroquettesRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 medium-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 300g-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs-Soy sauce 1 tsp -Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 6-7 medium-Water as required-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3 -Breadcrumbs (Panko) 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil for fryingTonkatsu sauce:-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs-Worcestershire sauce 3-4 tbs-Soy sauce 1 & tbs-Honey tbsDirections:-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,white onion & saut until translucent. -Add beef mince,mix well until it changes color and cook for 3-4 minutes.-Add salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up (4-5 minutes). -Let it cool.-In a pot,add potatoes,water & bring it to boil.-Add salt and mix well,cover & boil on medium flame until tender (10-12 minutes) then strain,turn on the flame & cook until it dries up (1-2 minutes).-Turn off the flame and mash well with the help of masher.-Now add cooked mince & mix until well combined.-Let it cool.-Grease hands with cooking oil & take a mixture (70g) & make croquettes of equal sizes. -Now coat with all-purpose flour then dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 12-13).-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry croquette on medium flame from both sides until golden.Prepare Tonkatsu Sauce:-In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce,honey & mix well.-Serve Japanese croquettes with Tonkatsu sauce.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 medium-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 300g -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs-Soy sauce 1 tsp -Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 6-7 medium-Water as required-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3 -Breadcrumbs (Panko) 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil for fryingTonkatsu sauce:-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs-Worcestershire sauce 3-4 tbs-Soy sauce 1 & tbs-Honey tbsDirections:-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur white pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Beef qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Namak,kali mirch powder aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Thanda ker lein.-Pot mein aalo aur pani dal dein aur ubal anay dein.-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak boil ker lein (10-12 minutes) phir strain ker lein,chulha on karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).-Chulha bund ker dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.-Ab cooked qeema shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (70g) ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka croquettes tayyar ker lein.-Ab maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 12-13).-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein ar croquettes ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden hunay tak fry ker lein.-Prepare Tonkatsu Sauce:-Bowl mein tomato ketchup,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce aur shahad dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Japanese croquettes ko Tonkatsu sauce ka saath serve karein.
