INGREDIENTS
300g Japanese yam
Noodle soup base (aka mentsuyu)
A
2 egg yolks
Wasabi, as needed
Shredded dried seaweed (aka kizami nori)

PREPARATION
1. Pee and shred the yam. Put the shredded yam in the iced water.
2. Drain (1). Place the shredded yam (yam noodle) in a bowl. Put some noodle soup base. Place the egg yolk on top.
3. Enjoy!
