INGREDIENTS
4 rice paper wrappers

A
100ml syrup (blue)
100ml water

15g agar

PREPARATION
1. Heat water and syrup in a pot. Turn off the right before boiling. Add agar.
2. Pour (1) into a tray. Let cool until set. With a fork, break into small pieces.
3. Dip the rice paper wrapper in warm water and lay on a cutting board. Fold in the wrapper (front to back, then both sides).
4. Put (2) on (3).
5. Enjoy!
