Kadai Chicken Recipe | Restaurant Style Kadai Chicken | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 500gm Chicken
• Red chilli
• Coriander seeds
• Methi
• Mustard
• Cumin seeds
• Cloves 1-2
• Black pepper 3-4
• Cinnamon 1 Inch
• 4 TBSP ghee
• ¼ Cup onion paste
• 1 TBSP Garlic Paste
• 1 TSP Ginger paste
• 1 ½ TBSP Red chilli powder
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Salt to taste
• ¼ Cup Tomato Paste
• 1 TSP Black pepper
• Add chilli paste 1 TSP
• 1 TSP coriander Powder and Kadai Masala
• Onion ½ Cup
• Green Capsicum ½ cup
• Yellow Capsicum ½ cup
• 1 TSP Garam Masala
• Coriander Leaves
Kadai Chicken Masala:
• Add Red chilli
• Add coriander seeds
• Add Methi
• Add Mustard
• Add Cumin seeds
• Roast it and Grind it
Process 2:
• Add 3 TBSP ghee in a pan
• Add 2 Dry Red Chilies
• Add ¼ Cup onion paste
• Add 1 TBSP Garlic Paste
• Add 1 TSP Ginger paste
• Add 1 TBSP Red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Add Salt to taste
• Add ¼ Cup Tomato Paste
• Add Ghee 1 TBSP
• Add 1 TSP Black pepper
• Add chilli paste 1 TSP
• Add 500gm Chicken
• Mix it nicely
• In a separate pan heat the oil and Add Dry red chilli,cloves, Black pepper, Cinnamon
• Mix the Masala Mix with Chicken
• Add 1 TSP coriander Powder
• Add onion ½ Cup
• Add Green Capsicum ½ cup
• Add Yellow Capsicum ½ cup
• Add red Chilli Powder
• Add 1 Cup water
• Cover with the lid for 10-12 mints
• Add 1 TSP Garam Masala
• Add Coriander Leaves
• Add Chillies Green or Red
• Add Ghee
