Kashmiri Fish Kofta | Machli Kofta | Something Fishy | By KTT | Kashmiri Tadka Twist

Fish Kofta or Machli Kofta is an easy yet flavourful dish to make. In Kashmiri style the fish Kofta (meatballs) are made of fish meat mixed with fresh herbs like mint and coriander leaves and spices that makes this recipe so flavorful. Fish Koftas are then deep fried and cooked in tomato sauce to induce that tangy flavor making the koftas crispy from the outside and soft and moist inside. For this recipe we have shallow fried the koftas so as to make the dish healthy (less oil). Fish Kofta can be had as appetizer or as a side dish dish served with rice or Naan.
