Katla Fish Cutlet Recipe | Famous Fish Cutlet Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredient:• 3 cups fried boneless katla fish• 2 TBSP oil in a pan• 1 TSP cumin seeds• 2 TBSP grated onion• ½ TSP grated ginger • 1 TSP grated garlic• Add 1 cup grated boiled potato• Mix it nicely • Add salt to taste• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder• Mash it properly • Add 1 TBSP roasted cumin powder• Add 1 TSP roasted coriander powder• Add 2 TSP black pepper powder• Add chopped coriander • chopped chillies• 2 eggs • Add 1 TSP black pepper• Breadcrumbs • Oil for deep fryProcess:Step 1:• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Add 2 TBSP grated onion• Add ½ TSP grated ginger • Add 1 TSP grated garlic• Fry it for few minutes • Add 3 cups fried boneless katla fish • Add 1 cup grated boiled potato• Mix it nicely • Add salt to taste• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder• Mash it properly • Add 1 TBSP roasted cumin powder• Add 1 TSP roasted coriander powder• Add 1 TSP black pepper powder• Add chopped coriander • Add chopped chillies• Mix it nicely • Keep it aside for 30 mints Step 2 :• Take a small portion of fish mix • Give a cutlet shape • Place it on flour & coat it with flour on both sidesStep 3 :• In bowl add 2 eggs • Add 1 TSP black pepper• Mix it nicely• Dip the cutlet in beaten egg• Place breadcrumbs in another bowl• Coat in both side• If you want you can do double coat Step 4:• Heat oil on medium flame in a pan • fry the cutlets one by one until they are golden brown from all sides• Serve hot Note : you can store it for 5- 6 days==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
