Katla Macher Kalia Recipe | Bengali Fish Dish | Bengali Fish Curry Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients : • 4-5 katla fish• 3 TBSP oil in a pan• Dry red chilli,3-4 cloves, 2-3 cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon,3-4 black pepper• 1 Cup onion paste• ¼ cup tomato paste• 1 TBSP garlic paste• ½ TBSP ginger• 2 TBSP cashew paste • 1 TBSP cream• 1 TBSP red chilli powder• 1 TSP cumin powder• ½ TSP turmeric powder• 1 ½ Cup hot water• ½ TSP Kashmiri chilli powder• 2 green chilli• ½ TSP garam masala• 1 TBSP gheeProcess:Step 1• Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt • Heat the oil in a pan • Add the fish pieces one by one • Fry it• Keep it asideStep 2:• Add 3 TBSP oil in a pan• Add dry red chilli,3-4 cloves, 2-3 cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon,3-4 black pepper• Fry it for few minutes • Add 1 Cup onion paste• Keep stirring until oil is separated• Add ¼ cup tomato paste• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste• Add ½ TBSP ginger• Add some hot water• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mins• Add 2 TBSP cashew paste • Add 1 TBSP cream• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 1 ½ Cup hot water• Add ½ TSP Kashmiri chilli powder• Add 2 green chilli• Cover with a lid for few minutes • Add ½ Cup of water• Add fried fish • Add ½ TSP garam masala• Add 1 TBSP ghee==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
