Kickstart Your Week with this Easy Asian Noodle Salad

Were back with another Meal Prep Monday, this time we're getting our sh*t together with an Asian Noodle Salad that's as delicious as it is refreshing. It's the kind of dish that screams, "I'm adulting!"

Prep beef with sodium bicarbonate and Shaoxing wine, let it marinate. Cook noodles, saut onions, garlic, and beef. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, add chilies. Make dressing with ponzu, perilla oil, and sugar, save half. Toss everything, save half the dressing. Top with peanuts, sesame seeds, cilantrogo wild!

Ingredients:
500g Beef tenderloin
6 tsp Sodium bicarbonate
6 tsp Shaoxing wine
4 ounces of Dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)
2 tbsp Cooking oil
Onion
5 cloves Garlic (minced)
head of Large cabbage (avoid getting purple cabbage)
2 Carrots
4 Red chillies

Dressing:
3 tbsp Ponzu
3 tbsp Perilla oil (sesame oil works too)
1 tsp Sugar

Toppings:
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
50g Roasted almonds
Ground black pepper
Kosher salt
