Ingredients
100g cake flour
30g powdered sugar
45g oil
vanilla extract

A
15g powdered sugar, for coating

B
10g powdered sugar for coating
7g freeze-dried strawberry powder

C
10g powdered sugar, for coating
7g matcha

Directions
1. Sift the flour and powdered sugar.
2. Add oil to 1, and mix well by pressing and stirring with a fork.
3. Mix in vanilla extract until combined, and gather dough together by hand.
4. Divide into 24 equal parts, and form into balls.
5. Preheat oven to 180, place 4 in rows on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Separately, mix the ingredients for B and C.
7. After 5 is done baking, roll 8 cookies in each of A, B, and C.
