Kolambi Bhaat Recipe | Prawn Rice | Spicy Prawn Rice Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients :
• 1 cup soaked rice
• 250 gm Prawn
• 1 TBSP oil in a pan
• 1 TBSP ghee
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 2 cardamom, cinnamon ,2-3 cloves
• 1 cup chopped onion
• Chopped green chilli
• Garlic
• 1 Chopped tomato
• 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste
• ¼ cup whisked curd
• salt to taste
• 1 TBSP coriander leaves paste
• 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• Pudina
• Chopped coriander
• 1 TSP garam masala
• Red chilli

Process:

• Add 1 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add 2 cardamom, cinnamon, 2-3 cloves
• Fry it
• Add 1 cup chopped onion
• Add chopped green chilli
• Add garlic
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add green chilli
• Add chopped tomato
• Add 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste
• Add ¼ cup whisked curd
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TBSP coriander leaves paste
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add 250 gm Prawn
• Add salt to taste
• Cook for 10 mints without cover
• Add 1 cup-soaked rice
• 2 cups hot water
• Add Pudina
• Add chopped coriander
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Add green chilli
• Add red chilli
• Cover with lid until the rice is fully cooked
• Add chopped coriander
• Mix it nicely
• Serve hot
