Korean Style Grilled Pork Belly Recipe -

Using a simple mix of pre-made sauces, this quick and easy Korean BBQ marinade coupled with fresh pork belly brings you to Korea in a bite. It's savoury with a hint of caramel; just what you'd expect at a Korean restaurant.

Ingredients
500g Pork belly (skin off and cut at 1.5cm thick)
1 packet Lee Kum Kee Korean Marinade Sauceor 50g of Gochujang
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Grated garlic
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Cooking wine
3 tbsp Pear juice
Cabbages
Perilla leaves
Kimchi
