Leftover Vegetables Cutlet Recipe | Vegetable Cutlet Recipe | Scroll Recipe
• 1 Cup leftover beet and carrot sabji
• ½ leftover cabbage sabji
• 1 ½ Mashed potato
• chopped coriander
• Chopped green and red chilli
• Chopped onion
• 3 TBSP rice flour
• Salt to taste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Flour batter
• 1 TSP chilli paste

Process:

Step 1:

• Add leftover vegetables
• Add leftover cabbage sabji
• Add mashed potato
• Add chopped coriander
• Add chopped green and red chilli
• Add chopped onion
• Add 3 TBSP rice flour
• Add salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Mix it nicely
• Prepare a dough

Step 2 :

• Prepare a flour batter
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP chilli paste
• Mix it nicely

Step 3:

• Take a small portion of dough and give a shape

Step 4:

• First dip into flour batter
• Coat in bread crumb
• Same process if you want double coat
• Refrigerate it for 30 mints

Step 5 :

• Heat the oil for deep fry
• Fry the cutlet
