Lemon Fried Chicken
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
500g boneless chicken thigh
A
2 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Black pepper, as needed
5 tablespoons potato starch
5 tablespoons flour
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
2. Put the chicken (1) and all of the ingredients A in a plastic bag. Rub all ingredients
onto the chicken over the bag. Rest for 30 minutes.
3. Mix potato starch and flour in a tray.
4. Dust the chicken (2) with (3).
5. Heat the oil in a pot to 170C (338F) on medium heat. Deep-fry the chicken (4) in
the oil until golden and crispy.
6. Enjoy!
