INGREDIENTS

Crust
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) salted butter, soft
1 pinch kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Lemon filling and meringue topping
1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 3 juicy lemons
Juice of 1 lime
4 large or extra-large egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 pinches kosher salt, divided
4 large or extra-large egg whites
3/4 to 1 cups granulated sugar
