Ingredients:
Tom Yum Chicken Marinade:
5 Chicken thigh (cubed)
3 tbsp Tom yum paste
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Sugar
Juice from 1 lime

2 tbsp Cooking oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
Onion (slice)
30g Galangal (slice)
2 Lemongrass (bruise)
2 Chilli padi
200g Mushroom
500g Rice
150ml Coconut milk
450ml Chicken stock
1 Tomato (sliced)
5 Kaffir lime leaves

Garnish:
Coriander
Fried silver fish (optional)
