You know how regular soy sauce can be pretty high in sodium? Well, good news! You can grab low-sodium or reduced-sodium versions at most grocery stores and still bring that yummy umami flavour to the table.

You've got lean protein from the flank steak and a bunch of vitamins and minerals from all those colourful veggies. Plus, we're keeping things light on the sodium and oil, so it's a win-win for your health.

Ingredients:
Stir Fry Sauce
1/2 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Fresh orange juice (about 1 medium-large naval orange)
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Fresh ginger ,minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Cornstarch

Steak Marinade
1/4 cup Low-sodium oyster sauce
1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
1tbs Dried mixed herbs
2 cloves Garlic, minced
500g Flank steak, sliced

Veggies
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 Red capsicum, sliced
1/4 Onion, sliced
1/4 Carrot, sliced
1/2 pkt Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 Broccoli
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Garnish:
2 tbsp Spring onions, sliced
1/2 tbsp Fried shallots
