Mapo DAIKON
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g ground pork
1 teaspoon sesame oil
A
250g daikon (Japanese radish, cut into 1cm dices)
1/4 leek (chopped)
200ml water
1 and 1/2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon gochujang
B
1 tablespoon water
1/2 tablespoon potato starch

PREPARATION
1. Put the sesame oil in a pan. Cook the pork on medium until done.
2. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan (1). Simmer on low for 10 minutes with a lid on.
3. Add all of the ingredients B into the pan. Turn up the heat to medium to thicken.
4. Enjoy!
