Matar Paneer Recipe | Cottage Cheese and Peas Curry Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients :• Paneer 500 gm• Ghee 3 TBSP• 1 cinnamon, 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves• 1 TSP cumin seeds• 1 cup chopped onion• ginger garlic paste• Salt to taste• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder• Add 1 TSP coriander powder• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• 1 cup tomato paste• 1 cup of milk• 1 cup of water• Salt to taste• Boiled green peas• ½ TSP Garam Masala• Kasuri MethiProcess:• Add ghee in a pan and heat the ghee• Add 1 cinnamon, 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Fry it• Add 1 cup chopped onion• Add ginger garlic paste• Add salt to taste• Fry it • Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder• Add 1 TSP coriander powder• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Add ¼ cup water • Sauté it for few mints• Add 1 cup tomato paste• Cook until the ghee starts coming from inside• Add 1 cup of milk• Add 1 cup of water• Add salt to taste• Cover with a lid and boil it for 7-8 mints• Add boiled green peas• Add fried paneer• As per your need you can add hot water• Add ½ TSP garam masala• Add kasuri methi• Serve with Roti/Rice==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
