Meat-Wrapped Camembert
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 camembert
Pork belly slices, as needed
A
150g pancake mix
100ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Oil (for frying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the camembert into 6 equal parts.
2. Wrap each camembert piece (1) with the pork slice. Insert a bamboo stick.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Dip (2) in the mixture.
4. Heat the oil in a pot to 170C/ 338F. Deep fry (3) in the oil until golden.
5. Enjoy!
