Meringue Toast

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
Salt, a pinch
1 slice white bread

PREPARATION
1. With a hand mixer, whisk the egg white with salt in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
2. Spoon (1) onto the bread. Put the egg yolk in the center. Bake in the toaster oven for
5 minutes.
3. Enjoy!
