Ingredients
160 g beef
1/2 onion (slices)
1 Tbsp flour
salt & pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
50 ml water
tabasco

Directions
1. Put the beef, onion in a microwave-safe dish, dredge in flour.
2. Add flour, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, water,
tabasco, and mix.
3. Cover with plastic wrap, then microwave (600W) for 4minutes 30 seconds.
