Ingredients
1 chicken thigh
1 Chinese cabbage leaves
salt & pepper
flour
1 tsp consomme granules
70 ml heavy cream

Directions
1.Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
2.Put 1 into a microwave-safe bowl, add solt&pepper and dust with flour.
3.Add Chinese cabbage leaves ,consomme granules and heavy cream.
4.Loosely cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave (600W) for 2
minutes 30 seconds.
5.Combine and once cook in a 600w microwave for 3minutes.
