Put the rice in a 4pc-tofu package. Place lettuce leaves in two packs and place the omelette crepes in other two.2. Put some mayonnaise. Place the Hamburg steak, the chicken, the crab sticks, and the salmon in each pack. Add more rice.3. Flip the tofu package on a cutting board and remove. Wrap each rice sandwich with a dried seaweed.
