Mini Rice Sandwiches
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g steamed rice
2 lettuce leaves
2 omelette crepes (aka Usuyaki-tamago)
Mayonnaise, as needed
1 hamburg steak (small)
1/2 fried chicken (aka Karaage)
10g crab sticks
1 piece grilled salmon
2 sheets dried seaweed (aka Yakinori)

PREPARATION
1. Put the rice in a 4pc-tofu package. Place lettuce leaves in two packs and place the omelette crepes in other two.
2. Put some mayonnaise. Place the Hamburg steak, the chicken, the crab sticks, and the salmon in each pack. Add more rice.
3. Flip the tofu package on a cutting board and remove. Wrap each rice sandwich with a dried seaweed. Wrap with a food wrap. Rest for 5 minutes. Cut into halves.
4. Enjoy!
