600g Salmon filet, skinned and cut into 4 portions
tsp Salt
tsp Ground pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil, divided
cup Red onion, chopped
1 medium Zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 cup Cherry tomato
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 cup Kale or Spinach leaves
80ml Fish stock or Water
1 bottle (425g) no-salt-added Tomato sauce
60g Cream cheese , cut into cubes

Optional:
1 tsp Italian seasoning
tsp Garlic powder
cup Fresh basil (To Garnish)
