5 Mins Microwave Sugar-Free Berry Compote

Youd be amazed at what you can do with just three ingredients (sometimes just two) and a few minutes of your time.

Toss those berries in with a sprinkle of sugar and maybe a squeeze of lemon juice for that extra zing. Then zap it all in a microwave until the berries burst and the whole thing turns into this luscious, syrupy goodness.


Feel free to use a mixture of berries like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a combination of these.

Store it in the fridge and use it to jazz up a weeks worth of oatmeal, overnight oats, yoghurt, pancakes, or waffles.
