1 minute BENTO / 1 Swiss Chard Rice Ball Bento /

Swiss Chard Rice Balls (3)
Ingredients
3 Swiss Chard
225g cooked rice
12Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp shirasu (whitebait)

Directions
1. Boil water (not listed) in a pot, cook the Swiss chard until it is tender, and transfer it to ice water.
2. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and shirasu to the rice and mix with a spatula using a cutting motion.
3. Wrap 2 with 1 and make round balls.

Meatballs
Ingredients
100g pork trimmings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yukari (dried red shiso)
2 shiso leaves
12 Tbsp potato starch
vegetable oil

Directions
1. Add salt, yukari, and shiso leaves to the pork and mix well.
2. Add potato starch to 1, mix, and shape into round, bite-size pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook 2. Cover with a lid, and steam.
