Chashu
Ingredients
500-700g slab of pork loin
water
soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 Welsh onions green leaf
1 knob ginger

Directions
1. Tie the pork with butchers twine and put it in a pot, add water until its half-covered, then add Welsh onion, garlic, and ginger, and bring it to a boil.
2. Once it comes to a boil, add soy sauce until the pork is covered, and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Hiyashi Chuka
Ingredients(Serves 1)
1 portion Chinese noodles
1 egg crepe
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
chashu

Directions
1. Boil the Chinese noodles, cool them in ice water, and drain.
2. Cut the egg crepe into thin strips.
3. In a bowl combine sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix again.
4. Plate 1 on a serving dish, add the chashu, then pour 3 on top, and then top with 2.
