Ingredient:
• Oil 4 TBSP
• whole red chilies 2
• Cauliflower 200 Gm
• 1 cup peas
• Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
• Salt to taste
• one cup onion
• one cup boiled Potato
• Roasted cumin, fennel, Coriander powder 1 TSP

Process:

• Add oil in a Deep Pan or Frying Pan and heat the oil 4 TBSP
• Add whole red chilies 2
• Add Cauliflower 200 Gm
• Add 1 cup peas
• Add Green chilies
• Add Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
• Add Salt to taste
• Mix it nicely and sauté for 5 mints
• Add one cup onion
• Add one cup boiled Potato
• Keep stirring
• Add green chilli
• Cover with the Pan for 5 mins
• In a Frying pan add all cooked Vegetables
• Add Spring onion 1 cup
• Keep stirring
• Add Roasted cumin, fennel, Coriander powder 1 TSP
• Keep Stirring for 10 mints
• Add homemade garam masala ½ TSP
