Mozzarella Stuffed Pork Balls
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
250g pork slices & scraps (aka Komagire)
1 pack bite-size mozzarella balls
Salt and pepper, as needed
Potato starch, as needed
1 tablespoon sake
A
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Drain the mozzarella balls. Place a
mozzarella ball on some pork slices and roll into a ball. Coat the pork balls with
potato starch.
2. Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium heat. Cook all pork balls (1) until nicely golden.
Add some sake for flavor.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add into the pan (2) and simmer.
4. Enjoy!
