Nikumaki Onigiri (meat-wrapped rice balls)
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 egg (frozen)
1 beef thin slice
Steamed rice, as needed
Japanese BBQ sauce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With rinsing water, peel the frozen egg. Thaw the egg and separate the egg yolk.
2. On the beef slice, put the rice and the egg yolk (1). Add some BBQ sauce. Shape the rice ball.
3. Cook (2) until the beef is done.
4. Enjoy!
