Nori Shio Potato Churros
For 2 servings

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes: 2 (300g)
[A]
Egg: 1
Milk: 1 tablespoon
Potato starch: 1 tablespoon
Aonori powder: 2 teaspoons
Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
Pepper: To taste
Salad oil: 5 tablespoons

PREPARATION
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Rinse them in water and drain. Place them in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
2. While the potatoes are still hot, mash them with a fork until smooth. Add [A] and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Squeeze the mixture from step 2 into the pan, shaping it as you go. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
4. Once browned, they are ready to serve!
