Oats Jaggery Modak #YumUtsav Ganesh Chaturthi Special Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Quick and easy to make modak chahiye toh why not make oats jaggery modak. Treat bappa and your loved ones with this modak made with an amazing combo of oats and jaggery.

OATS JAGGERY MODAK

Ingredients

1 cups powdered oats
1 cup jaggery powder
2 tbsps ghee + to grease
tsp green cardamom powder
2-3 tbsps chopped mixed nuts
3-4 tbsps milk

Method

1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add oats powder and saut for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add jaggery powder, green cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
3. Transfer in a bowl, add milk and combine well to form dough.
4. Grease modak mould with some ghee and transfer a small portion in it. Press well.
5. Demould and serve.
