Octopus Egg Shabu-shabu

INGREDIENTS
2 octopus eggs

PREPARATION
1. Cut the octopus eggs to open. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook (shabu-shabu) (1) in the pot for 3 to 5 seconds until cooked.
3. Serve with ponzu.
4. Enjoy!
