Okonomiyaki in a Sandwich Maker
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
A
50g shredded cabbage
50g all-purpose flour
1 egg
100ml water
Sliced pork, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon salad oil
Mayonnaise, to taste
Okonomiyaki sauce, to taste
Bonito flakes, to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients listed under A and mix well.
2. Grease the sandwich maker with salad oil. Place salted and peppered pork slices on the sandwich maker, then layer the mixture from step 1. Close the sandwich maker and heat on medium for about 3 minutes.
3. Once cooked, remove from the sandwich maker, and top with mayonnaise, okonomiyaki sauce, and bonito flakes.
4. Enjoy!
