What's so cool about this dish? Well, for starters, this dish is a low-carb, high-protein powerhouse, making it perfect for those keeping an eye on their nutrition. And guess what? You can whip it up in just 15 minutes using only one skillet.

Traditionally, Chicken Paprikash is served with egg noodles, but our friend Khalil has a pro tip swap those noodles for wholemeal pita bread. It's perfect for mopping up every last bit of that delicious sauce.

And heres a little twist to keep things light and healthy instead of the usual sour cream, we're using yoghurt. Same creamy goodness, but with a healthier kick.

Ingredients:
1 kg Boneless chicken thigh
1 Large onion, halved and sliced
200g Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
4 tsp Sweet paprika
1/4 tsp Chili flakes, crushed
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
Parsley, for garnish
