Onigiri Sandwiches
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 roasted sea weed (aka yakinori) sheet
150g steamed rice

1 canned tuna (drain the oil)
2 teaspoons mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon noodle dashi base (aka mentsuyu)
Leaf lettuce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the sea weed sheet into halves. Place 1/3 of the rice on the half of the sea
weed sheet. Place another half on top.
2. Place the half of the rice, the leaf lettuce (tear them to smaller pieces), and mixed
A on (1). Add more leaf lettuce.
3. Put the rest of the rice on (2). Fold in the sea weed sheets.
4. Enjoy!
